We're always looking for a backup when our go-to places are closed and of course support new businesses. We had a small issue with an order and the general manager Ryan delivered a replacement meal and took the time to chat with us about where the perceived issue wasn't really the case. Shout out to the former employee who didn't follow the company policies and filled that monkey up! We'll eat there again---the pizza is FIRE!

This spot has great pizza and wings. Was out for a ride with my family and saw the spot. Was like a dive but the pizza was on point and the wings were cooked well and very smoky plus tender. You gotta try this food. We ordered the Supreme pizza, 10 wings (chose two style sauces), a pulled pork small pizza and were not left hangry!

Zoner's would not have caught our attention if not for Yelp! Hubby and I were out & about on Saturday when I mentioned hot wings sounded good. He did a quick search and found Zoner's. He said "I found a place, but you have to agree to be adventurous." A little nervous but I trust him, so I agreed. We drove north (an area I would consider SE Jax) to an area we hadn't been. Mostly residential with several shopping/business strip centers. Honestly would have probably never driven past this restaurant because it is not a main thoroughfare for us. But now that we know, we will definitely be going back when we have a taste for hot wings! Now that geography is wrapped up, let me talk about the hot wings. My hub's adjective of "adventurous" was pretty spot on. Zoner's hot wings are nothing like any hot wings we have ever eaten. We got home, I opened the boxes..."hmmm, these looked burned...what the, these looked burned too..." my hubby holding in a laugh..."well I told you to be adventurous. Just try it." (He was on his second one.) *raised eyebrow look* They're not fried, they're smoked & then baked to seal in the flavors! They're not burnt at all. The dark skin is from the smoking! Speaking of flavors they have several spice rubs and sauces to choose from to flavor the wings to your taste. We chose mild, hot, garlic parm, and kickin' bourbon. The mild was practically plain, very little hot sauce which allowed the full flavor of the smoked chicken to shine. The hot was probably closer to a mild, in our opinion. Great hot sauce flavor, but really no heat, and the smoked flavor blended well with their sauce. Garlic Parm was a little different from other places. Instead of just a dry rub, the wings had a butter garlic parmesan coating. I would guess it is because the smoked skins need a little help getting the dry rub to stick to them. Kickin' bourbon is a smoky/savory/sweet sauce. Great flavor with a light touch of a heat kick. (We would say the hot had the same level of heat.) The chicken, oh my goodness, the chicken is deliciously cooked and smoked regardless of which flavor. Smoked chicken can dry out pretty quickly, but not Zoner's. If any of you reading this are low carb, or low fat, or counting macros, etc. then Zoner's is probably going to be your go-to place. I can not find any nutritional data for Zoner's, but the chicken is smoked & baked not fried. Which will lower the fat content. They're not breaded which will lower the carb content. And depending on which flavor you choose will vary the macros. We didn't order pizza, but their menu has a cauliflower crust too; as well as salads and other foods made in-store. Thank you for the fun and tasty surprise Zoner's!

I called in a 14 inch NY style pizza with pepperoni and tomatoes. The pizza was ready in 15 min like I was told on the phone, and it came with garlic sauce. The restaurant had tables set up and a good amount of seating, but I took it to go. Overall I enjoyed it, and I'll make this another local pizza place I return to when in the area

Placed order online and pick up in store. Really enjoyed the wings as they are smoked and not fried. Fresh made pizza. We picked up a BBQ Trio Pizza and Taco Pizza. I really liked the NY style crust but they also have hand tossed and thin crusts as well. I also really enjoyed the wings. Smoked first then tossed into your choice of flavors. I chose the Red Dragon and Mississippi Dry Rub. Both very good choices. Not close by for me, but well worth the drive. It is a franchise but certainly different from the regular chains. Staff was also friendly and helpful.

So in a time of uncertainties, I'm certain this place is happiness! I don't know where to begin, but never have I ever experienced such great service and food from a pizza joint! Let's get to it! I found an unbeatable deal on Groupon and had to hop on it! I think I got $40 worth of food for $25, but my food ended up being about $75 not including the Groupon bucks....Still great with the groupon offer. I ordered two pizzas. One extra extra cheese and another with banana peppers, jalapeños, chicken and pineapples! I also ordered three flavors of wings. The wings were cooked well and had a flavor I can't explain. One flavor was their signature flavor, mango habanero and mild. Lawwwwd bless these employees! The food was everything and more. Did I mention the service was great, too? When I walked in, I felt like family. Everyone had a smile and greeted me by name. They helped me carry my items to the car and we made small talk! Try them out! You will not regret it!
